Adding an owner
Before generating owner statements, you first need to add your property owners in Millenium Connect.
To add an owner:
Go to Financials → Owner Statements.
Open the Owners tab.
Click Add owner.
Enter the owner’s information:
Name and contact details.
Billing information.
Assign the property managed for this owner.
Configure the owner’s management settings:
Management fee.
Applicable taxes.
Owner portal access (optional).
Once an owner is added, Millenium Connect will automatically start tracking the financial activity related to their property.
How owner statements work
Owner statements summarize the financial activity of a property owner for a specific period.
They include information such as:
Reservations and booking revenue.
Applicable fees.
Included expenses.
Management fees.
Final amount due to the owner.
Owner statements are automatically generated once:
An owner is linked to a property.
The property receives bookings or expenses configured to appear in owner statements.
Reviewing and publishing statements
Automatically generated statements are created as Drafts by default.
This allows you to review the details before sharing them with the owner.
To review a statement:
Open the statement from the Statements tab.
Check the included bookings, expenses, and calculations.
Make any necessary adjustments.
Click Publish and generate PDF.
Once published, the statement can be downloaded as a PDF and shared with the owner.
Generate a statement manually
You can also generate a statement manually for a specific owner and date range.
To generate a statement:
Click Generate statement.
Select the owner.
Choose the desired date range.
Add notes if needed.
Click Generate.
The statement will be created and available for review before publishing.
Automating owner statements
Millenium Connect allows you to automate the creation of owner statements on a recurring schedule.
You can configure:
The frequency (for example, monthly).
Which owners should receive statements.
Whether statements should:
Remain as drafts for manual review.
Be automatically sent to owners.
Automating owner statements helps streamline your financial workflow while keeping full control over what is shared with property owners.
