Automating Owner Statements

Learn how to automatically generate owner statements on a recurring schedule and choose how they are reviewed or sent.

Create an owner statement automation

Owner statement automation allows you to automatically generate statements for your property owners based on a recurring schedule.

Instead of manually creating statements every period, Millenium Connect can generate them automatically according to your preferred settings.

To create an automation:

  1. Go to Financials → Owner Statements.

  2. Open the Automation tab.

  3. Click Create a new automation.

  4. Configure your automation settings.

Configure the automation

When creating an automation, you can define:

Name

Choose a name to easily identify the automation.

Example:

  • Monthly owner statements

  • Owner statements - January review

Sending schedule

Choose how often statements should be generated:

  • Monthly.

  • Other available frequencies depending on your workflow.

You can also define the day when the statements should be processed.

Example:

Generate owner statements on the 1st day of each month for the previous month.

Assigned owners

Choose which owners this automation applies to:

  • All owners.

  • Specific owners.

This allows you to create different workflows depending on your management process.

Choose how statements are delivered

Before creating the automation, choose what happens after statements are generated.

Hold as draft for review

Statements are automatically generated but remain in Draft status.

This option allows you to:

  • Review bookings and expenses.

  • Verify calculations.

  • Make adjustments before sharing them.

Automatically send to owners

Statements are automatically generated and sent to owners on the scheduled date.

Use this option when your workflow is already standardized and no manual review is required.

Managing automations

Once created, all your automations are available from the Automation tab.

From there, you can:

  • Enable or disable an automation.

  • Edit automation settings.

  • Delete an automation.

Automating owner statements helps reduce repetitive financial tasks while ensuring owners receive accurate and consistent reports on time.
