To access these settings:
Go to Properties.
Select the property you want to manage.
Use the tabs at the top of the property page to update the relevant settings.
General
The General tab contains the main information about the property, including:
Property name
Property type
Number of rooms
Maximum guest capacity
Number of beds
Surface area
Property color used in the Calendar
Update the information you need, then click Save.
Pricing
The Pricing tab lets you configure the default pricing for the property.
You can manage:
Currency
Base nightly price
Channel markups
Extra guest fee
Short-stay fee
Weekend price
Cleaning fee
Pet fee
Length-of-stay discounts
Channel markups allow you to apply a different percentage on top of your base price for each connected booking channel.
For temporary or date-specific price changes, you can also update pricing directly from the Calendar.
Availability
The Availability tab contains the default booking restrictions for the property.
You can configure:
Minimum stay
Maximum stay
Booking window
Booking notice
These settings define the general availability rules for the property. You can make changes for specific dates directly from the Calendar when needed.
Booking policy
From Booking policy, you can manage the main booking rules for the property, including:
Cancellation policy
Instant booking
Whether pets are allowed
Whether children are allowed
Whether smoking is allowed
Whether events are allowed
Click Save after making any changes.
Location
The Location tab contains the property's address information:
Address
ZIP / Postal code
City
State / Region
Country
Keeping this information accurate is especially important for guest information and features that rely on the property's location.
Channel settings
The Channels settings tab shows which booking channels are currently mapped to the property.
For each connection, you can see information such as:
Channel
Markup
Last synchronization date
Connection status
Channel connections themselves are managed from the Channels section of Millenium Connect.
