Managing availability and rates from the calendar

The Calendar in Millenium Connect allows you to quickly manage your properties’ availability, prices, and booking restrictions for specific dates.

You can apply changes directly from the calendar and choose which connected channels should receive these updates.

Accessing the calendar

To access the calendar:

  1. Go to Calendar from the main menu.

  2. Select the property you want to manage.

  3. Navigate to the dates you want to update.

The calendar displays:

  • Existing reservations

  • Available dates

  • Blocked dates

  • Nightly prices

Updating availability and rates

To make changes:

  1. Click Manage calendar.

  2. Select the property.

  3. Choose the date range you want to update.

  4. Select the channels where the changes should apply:

    • All channels

    • Airbnb

    • Booking.com

    • Other connected channels

You can then update the following settings:

Price per night

Set a specific nightly price for the selected period.

This price overrides the default nightly price configured in the property’s Pricing settings for these dates.

Availability

Choose whether the selected dates should be:

  • Available: Open the dates for bookings.

  • Blocked: Prevent bookings during this period.

Availability quantity

Set the number of available units for the selected dates.

Minimum stay

Define the minimum number of nights required for bookings during the selected period.

Specific days

Apply the rule only to selected days of the week.

For example, you can set a different minimum stay only for weekends.

Skip closed dates

Enable this option if you want the update to apply even to dates that are already closed.

Comments

Add an internal note to keep track of the reason behind a block or availability change.

Creating a manual booking

From the calendar management panel, you can also create a manual booking.

Click New booking and enter the required reservation details.

The booking will then appear directly in your calendar.

Managing channel markups

Channel markups are not managed from the calendar.

If you want to update the markup applied to a specific channel, go to the property settings and manage it from the Pricing section.

For more details, see the article Managing property settings.
