You can apply changes directly from the calendar and choose which connected channels should receive these updates.
Accessing the calendar
To access the calendar:
Go to Calendar from the main menu.
Select the property you want to manage.
Navigate to the dates you want to update.
The calendar displays:
Existing reservations
Available dates
Blocked dates
Nightly prices
Updating availability and rates
To make changes:
Click Manage calendar.
Select the property.
Choose the date range you want to update.
Select the channels where the changes should apply:
All channels
Airbnb
Booking.com
Other connected channels
You can then update the following settings:
Price per night
Set a specific nightly price for the selected period.
This price overrides the default nightly price configured in the property’s Pricing settings for these dates.
Availability
Choose whether the selected dates should be:
Available: Open the dates for bookings.
Blocked: Prevent bookings during this period.
Availability quantity
Set the number of available units for the selected dates.
Minimum stay
Define the minimum number of nights required for bookings during the selected period.
Specific days
Apply the rule only to selected days of the week.
For example, you can set a different minimum stay only for weekends.
Skip closed dates
Enable this option if you want the update to apply even to dates that are already closed.
Comments
Add an internal note to keep track of the reason behind a block or availability change.
Creating a manual booking
From the calendar management panel, you can also create a manual booking.
Click New booking and enter the required reservation details.
The booking will then appear directly in your calendar.
Managing channel markups
Channel markups are not managed from the calendar.
If you want to update the markup applied to a specific channel, go to the property settings and manage it from the Pricing section.
