Before disconnecting a channel, make sure you understand that the property will no longer receive updates from Millenium Connect for that channel.
Disconnect a channel
To disconnect a channel:
Go to Properties from the main menu.
Select the property you want to disconnect.
Open the Channels settings tab.
Find the channel you want to disconnect from the list of connected channels.
Click the disconnect icon next to the channel.
Confirm the disconnection from the confirmation popup.
What happens after disconnecting?
Once you confirm the disconnection:
The calendar synchronization stops immediately.
Availability and pricing updates from Millenium Connect will no longer be sent to the disconnected channel.
Any future changes made in Millenium Connect will no longer update that channel.
Existing reservations already imported into Millenium Connect will remain available.
⚠️ Important: After disconnecting a channel, your calendars are no longer synchronized. This can create a risk of double bookings if the property remains available on the external platform and is managed separately.
Only disconnect a channel when you are sure you no longer want Millenium Connect to manage that connection.
