You can create a personalized booking page, select the properties you want to display, configure booking preferences, and customize the appearance of your booking experience.
Create your Booking Engine
To set up your Booking Engine:
Go to Channels from the main menu.
Select Booking Engine.
Click Manage.
Follow the setup steps.
Configure your Booking Engine
The setup process includes four main steps:
1. General settings
Add your business information and configure your Booking Engine URL.
This information will be used to identify your business and create your dedicated direct booking page.
2. Select your properties
Choose which properties you want to make available for direct bookings.
You can also highlight featured properties to display them first on your Booking Engine homepage.
3. Configure booking settings
Choose how guests can make reservations and how payments are handled.
You can decide between:
Instant booking: guests can confirm their reservation directly.
Request to book: guests send a booking request that you review before confirmation.
For payments, you can either collect payments manually or connect a payment provider such as Stripe to accept online payments.
4. Customize your branding
Personalize your Booking Engine appearance by adding your branding elements, such as your logo, colors, and other visual settings.
Once completed, click Create Booking Engine to activate your direct booking page.
Manage your Booking Engine
After creating your Booking Engine, you can access and update your settings anytime from:
Channels → Booking Engine → Manage
Your Booking Engine URL can then be shared with guests, added to your website, or used in your marketing channels to receive direct reservations.
