Learn how to use preconfigured task automations to create and manage operational tasks automatically.

Millenium Connect includes preconfigured task automations to help you manage recurring operational work such as cleaning, check-ins, or follow-ups.

These automations are already set up with proven logic and can be activated, deactivated, or adjusted without creating rules from scratch.

How task automation works

Each task automation:

  • Is linked to a booking and a listing

  • Is triggered based on a stay event or date

  • Automatically creates tasks at the right time

Tasks created by automation appear in your operations view and can be followed by your team like any other task.

Managing existing task automations

For each task automation, you can:

  • Activate or deactivate it

  • Adjust task details (such as title or timing)

  • Choose which listings it applies to

This allows you to standardize operations while keeping flexibility when needed.

Manual vs automated tasks

Automated tasks do not replace manual control.

You can still:

  • Create tasks manually

  • Edit or complete automated tasks

  • Disable an automation at any time

Automation simply ensures tasks are created consistently and on time.
