Automation helps you reduce manual work by automatically triggering actions based on events in your listings and bookings.

In Millenium Connect, automation is designed to support both guest communication and daily operations.

What can be automated

Depending on your setup, automation can be used to:

  • Send messages to guests at key moments

  • Create or update tasks related to bookings

  • Request or manage guest reviews

Automations run in the background and follow predefined rules.

When you’ll use automation

You’ll typically use automation when you want to:

  • Standardize communication with guests

  • Ensure tasks are created on time

  • Reduce repetitive manual actions

Automation works alongside manual actions and does not replace human control.
