Automation helps you reduce repetitive manual work by triggering actions automatically based on bookings, dates, or stay events.

In Millenium Connect, automation is designed to support daily operations while keeping you in control. Automated actions run alongside manual actions and never block you from intervening when needed.

What can be automated

Automation can be used to:

  • Send messages to guests at specific moments

  • Create tasks related to arrivals, departures, or stays

  • Request or manage guest reviews after a stay

Each automation is linked to listings and bookings, so actions are triggered in the right context.

How automation works (high level)

Automations are based on:

  • A trigger (for example, a booking event or a date relative to a stay)

  • An action (such as sending a message or creating a task)

Once active, automations run automatically when the conditions are met.

Automation vs manual actions

Automation does not replace manual work. You can:

  • Send messages manually at any time

  • Create or edit tasks yourself

  • Adjust bookings or listings independently

Automation simply helps standardize and speed up recurring actions.
