PriceLabs is a dynamic pricing tool that automatically adjusts your nightly rates based on market demand, seasonality, and other pricing rules.
When connected to Millenium Connect, PriceLabs manages your rates while availability and operations remain controlled in Millenium Connect.
What PriceLabs controls
Once connected, PriceLabs:
Updates nightly rates
Applies dynamic pricing rules
Syncs prices back to Millenium Connect
Millenium Connect continues to manage:
Availability
Bookings
Tasks and operations
Guest communication
PriceLabs only affects rates.
Before you start
Make sure:
You have at least one listing created in Millenium Connect
You have an active PriceLabs account
How to connect PriceLabs
Step 1 — Enable the integration
Go to Settings → Integrations
Enable PriceLabs
After enabling it, a new PriceLabs tab will appear in your dashboard.
Step 2 — Connect your PriceLabs account
Open the PriceLabs tab
Click Settings
Enter your PriceLabs account email
Click Save Settings
Step 3 — Add your listings
In PriceLabs, click Add / Re-import Listings
Select Millenium Connect from the dropdown list
Check the box Allow Millenium Connect to add listings to your PriceLabs account
Click Save
Your listings will then be imported into PriceLabs.
What happens next
Once connected:
PriceLabs will start sending updated rates to Millenium Connect
Updated rates will appear in your Rates & Availability calendar
Rates can then be synced to your connected booking platforms
If you disable the integration, PriceLabs will stop updating rates.
Important notes
Manual rate changes in Millenium Connect may be overwritten by PriceLabs if the integration is active.
PriceLabs subscription and pricing are managed separately from Millenium Connect.
