Millenium Connect includes preconfigured message automations designed to cover the most common guest communication scenarios.
These automations are ready to use and can be activated, deactivated, or adjusted, without creating rules from scratch.
How message automation works
Each message automation:
Is linked to a booking and a listing
Is triggered at a specific moment (for example, before arrival or after check-out)
Sends a predefined message to the guest automatically
The logic of the automation is already set. You only control whether it is active and how the message content is adjusted.
Managing existing message automations
For each automation, you can:
Activate or deactivate it
Edit the message content
Choose which listings it applies to
This allows you to adapt automation to your operation while keeping things simple and reliable.
Manual vs automated messages
Automated messages work alongside manual communication.
You can still:
Reply manually to guest messages
Send additional messages when needed
Override automation by disabling it at any time
All messages, whether automated or manual, appear in the same conversation history.
