Inviting and managing team members

Invite your team members to Millenium Connect, assign roles, and manage access permissions to collaborate efficiently while keeping control over your workspace.

About team management

Millenium Connect allows you to collaborate with your team by creating user accounts and assigning specific roles based on their responsibilities.

Each role comes with predefined permissions that control which areas and features each team member can access.

For example, you can create dedicated access for cleaning staff, check-in agents, rental managers, or other team members without giving them access to sensitive business information.

Adding a team member

To invite a new team member:

  1. Go to Settings → Team

  2. Click Add user

  3. Fill in the team member information:

    • Name

    • Email address

    • Phone number (optional)

  4. Choose how the user will access their account:

    • Enable Send invitation email so they can create their password themselves

    • Or create a password manually

  5. Select the appropriate role

  6. Click Create user

If the invitation email is enabled, the team member will receive an email with instructions to set up their account.

Managing team members

From the Team page, you can:

  • View all users in your workspace

  • Search and filter team members by role

  • Edit user information

  • Change a user's role

  • Remove users who no longer need access

Understanding roles and permissions

Roles determine what each team member can see and do inside Millenium Connect.

Before assigning a role, review the available permissions to make sure the user has the right level of access.

Examples:

  • Cleaning staff: Access operational tasks related to cleaning and property preparation.

  • Check-in agent: Access assigned check-in related activities.

  • Rental manager: Broader access to manage properties and daily operations.

  • Owner/Admin roles: Access to business settings and sensitive information.

Important notes

  • Only users with permission to manage the team can invite or modify team members.

  • Removing a user immediately prevents them from accessing your workspace.

  • Assign roles carefully to ensure each team member only accesses the information they need.
