Managing Milo knowledge

Milo’s knowledge base contains the information it uses to answer guest questions and assist with operational tasks.

Keeping this information accurate and complete helps Milo provide better and more personalized responses.

How Milo builds its knowledge

Milo can automatically collect information from your properties, including details available from your listings and guest interactions.

You can also add your own information manually to give Milo additional context about your properties, procedures, and preferences.

Reviewing Milo’s knowledge

To review the information Milo knows:

  1. Go to Milo AI → Milo Hub.

  2. Open the Knowledge tab.

  3. Review the available information and the different knowledge categories.

You can identify:

  • Information already available to Milo.

  • Missing information or knowledge gaps.

  • Categories where additional details can improve Milo’s responses.

Adding information to Milo

To add new information manually:

  1. Click Add note.

  2. Add a clear title and the information Milo should know.

  3. Select the appropriate category.

  4. Choose whether the information applies to all properties or specific properties.

  5. Save the note.

Examples of useful information to add:

  • Check-in and check-out instructions.

  • Access details and key information.

  • Wi-Fi details.

  • House rules.

  • Parking instructions.

  • Local recommendations.

  • Property-specific procedures.

Keeping information updated

Make sure Milo’s knowledge stays up to date whenever there are changes to your properties or procedures.

Accurate information allows Milo to provide reliable answers to guests and better support your operations.
