Milo Operations Agent helps you automate operational workflows by turning guest requests into actionable tasks and handling selected guest upsells.
It works alongside your existing operations setup. Your current task templates and automations continue running as configured, and Milo only creates tasks when an existing workflow does not already cover the request.
Activating Operations Agent
To start using Operations Agent:
Go to Milo AI → Operations Agent.
Activate the agent using the toggle at the top of the page.
Configure how Milo should handle operational tasks and guest upsells.
Managing tasks from conversations
When a guest request requires action from your team, Milo can automatically create an operational task directly from the conversation.
You can choose how Milo handles these tasks:
Create and assign
Milo creates the task immediately and assigns it to the most suitable team member.
Suggest for approval
Milo prepares the task and adds it to your task list for review before anything is assigned.
Automatic task assignment
Enable automatic assignment to let Milo choose the right team member based on your team members, roles, and property assignments.
If Milo cannot find a suitable assignee, you can define what should happen next and choose a fallback assignee.
Managing guest upsells
Operations Agent also allows Milo to offer additional services to guests, such as early check-in, late checkout, extra nights, and custom offers.
You can configure which upsells Milo can offer, their availability, pricing, and payment settings.
For more details, see Managing guest upsells with Milo.
