About Connected Accounts

Connected Accounts allow you to link your booking platforms to Millenium Connect so your activity is managed from one place.

Each connected account represents a booking platform (such as Airbnb) that shares information with Millenium Connect. Once connected, the platform works together with your listings, calendar, and daily operations.

What Connected Accounts are used for

Connecting a booking platform helps you:

  • Receive bookings in Millenium Connect

  • Keep availability and rates aligned across platforms

  • Centralize guest messages

  • Reduce manual updates and double entries

Connected Accounts act as the bridge between external platforms and your internal workflow.

How Connected Accounts work with listings

Connected Accounts are linked to your listings.

This means:

  • Bookings from a platform are associated with the correct listing

  • Availability and rates are applied at the listing level

  • Guest messages are grouped by booking and listing

A single listing can be linked to one or more connected platforms, depending on your setup.

When you’ll interact with Connected Accounts

You’ll typically use Connected Accounts when you:

  • Connect a new booking platform

  • Check the status of an existing connection

  • Review how a platform interacts with your listings

Most day-to-day work happens at the listing or booking level, but Connected Accounts define how platforms feed data into the system.

What to do next

If you want to link a booking platform, continue with the platform-specific guides in this section, such as Connecting Airbnb.
