Guest Messages lets you read and reply to conversations from all supported channels in one place.
Each conversation shows the full message history with a guest, so you always have context before replying.
Reading messages
When you open a conversation, you can see:
The guest’s messages
The related listing
The related booking, if one exists
This helps you quickly understand who the guest is and what their message is about.
Replying to guests
To reply to a guest:
Open the conversation
Type your response
Send the message
Your reply is sent back through the same channel the guest used, whether it’s a booking platform or a direct channel like WhatsApp or email.
Using messages day to day
You’ll typically use Guest Messages to:
Answer questions before a stay
Coordinate check-in or check-out
Follow up during or after a stay
All replies remain stored in the conversation history for future reference.
What to do next
If a guest contacts you through a direct channel without an existing booking, you can create an offline booking from that conversation. This is explained in Creating a booking from a conversation.
