Managing availability

Learn how to open or close dates for your listings and sync availability changes to booking platforms.

Availability controls which dates can be booked for each listing.

You manage availability directly from the Rates & Availability calendar by opening or closing dates as needed.

Opening or closing a specific date

To manage availability for a single date:

  • Open the Rates & Availability tab for your listing

  • Select the relevant rate plan

  • Find the date you want to update

  • Open the date to make it bookable, or close it to block reservations

The change is saved immediately in Millenium Connect and visible in the calendar.

Updating availability for multiple dates (bulk update)

If you need to open or close several dates at once, you can use Bulk Update.

This is useful for:

  • Blocking dates for maintenance or owner stays

  • Opening availability for a full period

  • Managing availability around check-in or check-out gaps

Bulk updates allow you to apply the same availability rule across a selected date range in one action.

Syncing availability changes to booking platforms

Changes to availability are not sent automatically to booking platforms.

To apply your updates to Airbnb, Booking.com, and other connected channels, you must:

  • Click the Sync button

Syncing is usually almost instant, and availability updates are pushed to connected platforms right away.

Important reminder about Sync

If you update availability but don’t click Sync, the changes will only apply inside Millenium Connect and won’t be reflected on booking platforms.
