Availability and rates control when your listings can be booked and at what price.

In Millenium Connect, availability and rates are managed at the listing level and shared across your connected booking platforms.

How availability works

Availability determines which dates are open or blocked for each listing.

It allows you to:

  • See which dates are bookable or unavailable

  • Understand how bookings affect your calendar

  • Keep calendars aligned across platforms

Availability is reflected directly in your calendar and updates based on connected platforms.

How rates work

Rates define the nightly prices and stay rules applied to your listings.

At a high level, rates allow you to:

  • Set base prices for your listings

  • Adjust prices by period or season

  • Keep rates consistent across platforms

Rates are applied per listing and shared with connected accounts.

When you’ll use availability & rates

You’ll work with availability and rates when you:

  • Review upcoming periods

  • Adjust prices or stay conditions

  • Connect pricing tools such as PriceLabs
