You can update rates for your listings directly from the Rates & Availability calendar.
Rates are managed by date, which gives you full control over prices for specific days or periods.
Updating rates for a specific date
To update the rate for a single date:
Open the Rates & Availability tab for your listing
Select the relevant rate plan
Find the date you want to update
Enter the new nightly rate
The change is saved immediately in Millenium Connect and visible in the calendar.
Updating rates for multiple dates (bulk update)
If you need to update rates for several dates at once, you can use Bulk Update.
This is useful for:
Weekends or specific periods
Seasonal pricing
Special events
Bulk updates let you apply the same rate to a range of dates in one action.
Syncing rate changes to booking platforms
After updating rates, the changes are not sent automatically to booking platforms.
To apply your updates to Airbnb, Booking.com, and other connected channels, you must:
Click the Sync button
Syncing is usually almost instant, and updated rates are pushed to connected platforms right away.
Important reminder about Sync
If you update rates but don’t click Sync, the changes will remain only in Millenium Connect and won’t be reflected on booking platforms.
