Connecting Airbnb to Millenium Connect is done in a few clear steps.
You’ll prepare your listing, connect your Airbnb account, then link everything together.
Once completed, your listings, availability, rates, and bookings will start syncing automatically.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
Access to your Airbnb host account
At least one listing ready to be created in Millenium Connect
The full process usually takes a few minutes.
Step 1 — Create a listing in Millenium Connect
Start by creating your listing inside Millenium Connect.
This listing represents the property you want to connect to Airbnb and will be used to receive bookings, availability, and rates.
You’ll be asked to enter basic information such as:
Listing name
Property type
Location details
Once the listing is created, you can move to the next step.
Step 2 — Create a rate plan
Next, create a rate plan for your listing.
A rate plan defines how prices and stay rules are handled for this listing.
It will later be linked to Airbnb during the connection process.
You only need one rate plan to get started.
Step 3 — Connect your Airbnb account
Now you can connect your Airbnb account to Millenium Connect.
Go to Channels
Find Airbnb and click Connect
Click Open Airbnb Partner Center
Accept Airbnb’s terms
Generate your API token
Copy the token and paste it into Millenium Connect
Save the connection
Once saved, your Airbnb account will be linked to Millenium Connect.
Step 4 — Map your listing to Airbnb
After your account is connected, you need to link your listing to Airbnb.
Go to Listings
Open the listing you created
Navigate to Channel Mapping
Add a new mapping
Select:
Airbnb as the channel
The correct room type
The rate plan you created
Enable the sync options
Save the mapping
This step tells Millenium Connect how your listing and rates should sync with Airbnb.
Step 5 — Wait for the sync to complete
Once the mapping is saved:
Sync starts automatically
This may take a few minutes
You’ll be notified when the sync is complete
After that, your Airbnb listing will begin syncing bookings, availability, and rates.
What happens next
After the connection is active, you can:
See Airbnb bookings in Millenium Connect
Manage availability and rates from one place
Handle guest messages more easily
If something doesn’t look right, give the sync a few minutes before making changes.
