If your listing is already set up in Millenium Connect, connecting Booking.com only requires a few steps.
You’ll enable a channel manager in Booking.com, add your Property ID, then map your listing.
Step 1 — Enable a channel manager in Booking.com
Before connecting Booking.com, you need to allow a channel manager in your Booking.com extranet.
Log in to your Booking.com extranet
Go to Account settings
Open Connectivity provider
Search for OTASWITCH
Accept the terms and confirm
Once this is done, your Booking.com account is ready to connect.
Step 2 — Connect Booking.com in Millenium Connect
Now connect Booking.com inside Millenium Connect.
Go to Channels
Find Booking.com and click Connect
Enter your Booking.com Property ID
Save the connection
The Property ID is used to identify your Booking.com listing and link it to Millenium Connect.
Step 3 — Map your listing
After the connection is saved, link your listing to Booking.com.
Go to Listings
Open the relevant listing
Navigate to Channel Mapping
Add a new mapping
Select:
Booking.com as the channel
The correct room type
The correct rate plan
Enable the sync options
Save the mapping
This step defines how availability and rates are synced.
Step 4 — Wait for the sync to complete
Once the mapping is saved:
Sync starts automatically
This may take a few minutes
You’ll be notified when the connection is active
After that, Booking.com bookings, availability, and rates will begin syncing.
What happens next
After the connection is active, you can:
See Booking.com bookings in Millenium Connect
Manage availability and rates from one place
Keep calendars aligned with other platforms
If changes don’t appear immediately, allow a few minutes for the sync to finish.
