Monthly & annual billing

Understand how monthly and annual billing works in Millenium Connect, including annual discounts, billing cycles, property changes, and subscription renewals.

Choose between monthly and annual billing

Millenium Connect offers two billing options:

  • Monthly billing: Pay every month based on your subscription and number of properties.

  • Annual billing: Pay once per year and benefit from a 15% discount compared to monthly billing.

Annual billing is recommended for businesses that plan to use Millenium Connect long term and want to benefit from reduced pricing.

Annual billing discount

When choosing annual billing, a 15% discount is applied to your subscription.

The discount applies to your subscription plan and included properties for the full annual period.

Example:

A subscription costing $100/month on monthly billing would cost $1,020/year with annual billing after applying the 15% discount.

Billing cycle and renewals

Your billing cycle starts when your subscription is activated or when you switch to a new billing option.

For annual subscriptions:

  • The subscription renews every 12 months.

  • Your renewal date remains the same each year.

  • Any additional properties added during the year renew with the rest of your subscription.

For monthly subscriptions:

  • Your subscription renews every month on the same billing date.

  • Changes made during the cycle are reflected according to the applicable billing rules.

Adding properties during a billing cycle

When adding properties to your subscription:

  • Monthly subscriptions are adjusted according to your current billing cycle.

  • Annual subscriptions are prorated based on the remaining time until your next renewal date.

New properties then follow the same renewal date as your existing subscription.

Removing properties during a billing cycle

The treatment depends on your billing type:

Monthly billing

Removing a property during a monthly cycle does not create a credit balance.

The unused period cannot be transferred to replace another property.

The removed property will simply no longer be included in future billing cycles.

Annual billing

Removing a property during an annual cycle creates a credit for the unused period.

This remaining credit can be used when adding another property before the end of your current annual subscription period.

Switching between monthly and annual billing

You can change your billing frequency depending on your business needs.

Switching to annual billing

When switching from monthly to annual billing:

  • The annual discount is applied.

  • Your annual billing cycle starts according to the selected switch date.

  • A new annual renewal date is established.

Switching to monthly billing

When switching from annual to monthly billing:

  • The change does not take effect immediately.

  • Your account remains on annual billing until the end of the current annual period.

  • Once the annual period ends, your subscription automatically switches to monthly billing.

  • Future invoices will follow the monthly pricing structure.

This prevents interruptions to your current annual subscription while allowing you to schedule the billing change for the next renewal period.Important notes

  • Your billing currency is determined by your account setup and property location.

  • All properties in your account follow the same billing cycle and currency.

  • Adding or removing properties does not change your subscription plan automatically.

  • Plan changes and billing changes are managed separately.
