Adding properties to your subscription
Your subscription is based on the number of properties managed in Millenium Connect.
When you add a new property:
The additional property is added to your subscription.
Billing is adjusted according to your current plan and billing cycle.
The property follows the same plan and billing currency as your account.
For annual subscriptions, additional properties are prorated based on the remaining period of your current billing cycle and will renew with the rest of your subscription.
Removing properties from your subscription
When you disconnect or remove a property from your account, the billing behavior depends on your subscription type.
Monthly subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions:
Removing a property during the billing cycle does not create a credit balance.
The removed property will no longer be included in future billing cycles.
The unused period cannot be transferred to replace another property.
Example:
You remove a property halfway through your monthly billing period. The property will be removed from your next invoice, but the remaining days cannot be used as credit for another property.
Annual subscriptions
For annual subscriptions:
Removing a property during the billing period creates a remaining credit for the unused time.
This credit can be used when adding another property before the end of your annual subscription period.
Example:
You remove a property after 6 months of an annual subscription. The remaining value of that property’s unused period can be applied when adding a replacement property.
Important notes
Property billing is managed at the account level, not individually by property.
Your subscription currency and billing cycle apply to all properties in your account.
Removing a property from your account does not automatically delete its data. The property remains available according to Millenium Connect data retention rules.
Adding or removing properties does not change your current plan. To access a different plan, you need to change your subscription.
