Before connecting Booking.com, you need to have an existing property in Millenium Connect. You can either connect an Airbnb listing first or create a property manually.
Once connected, your Booking.com property will be synchronized with Millenium Connect and managed alongside your other channels.
Before you start
Make sure that:
You already have a property created in Millenium Connect.
Your property is available on Booking.com.
You have access to your Booking.com Extranet account.
Create or connect your property first
Before connecting Booking.com, you need a matching property in Millenium Connect.
You can either:
Connect your Airbnb account and use the existing Airbnb property.
Create a property manually from Properties.

Step 1: Select the property to connect
To start the connection:
Go to Channels from the main menu.
Select Booking.com, then click Manage.
Choose the Millenium Connect property you want to connect with Booking.com.
Click Continue.
Step 2: Configure Booking.com connectivity
Before entering your Property ID, you need to configure Millenium Connect as your connectivity provider in Booking.com.
Log in to your Booking.com Extranet.
Go to Account → Connectivity Provider.
Select OTASwitch as your Connectivity Provider.
Approve the connection request.
Once completed, Booking.com will allow the synchronization with Millenium Connect.
Step 3: Enter your Booking.com Property ID
After configuring the connectivity provider:
Find your Property ID from your Booking.com Extranet.
Copy your Property ID.
Paste it into Millenium Connect.
Click Continue to proceed.
Step 4: Map room types
Millenium Connect will display the room types available on Booking.com.
Match each Booking.com room type with the corresponding room type in your Millenium Connect property.
This ensures that reservations and availability are synchronized with the correct accommodation.
Click Complete connection to finish the setup.
Booking.com connected successfully
Once the connection is completed:
Your Booking.com property is connected to Millenium Connect.
Reservations, availability, and pricing will be synchronized automatically.
You can manage your property from Millenium Connect.
Click Go to Properties to access your connected property.
After connecting Booking.com
After connecting Booking.com, you can:
Manage availability and rates from the Calendar.
View reservations from Reservations.
Update your property settings from Properties.
Manage other channel connections from Channels.
