With Fiche Police, you can automatically create a guest registration record for each new booking, send the registration form to guests, and collect the required information before their arrival.
Enable automatic Fiche Police creation
To activate automatic creation:
Go to Guests → Guest Journey.
Open the Fiche Police tab.
Enable Automatic creation.
Once activated, Millenium Connect will automatically create a Fiche Police record for every new booking.
Send Fiche Police forms automatically
You can automatically send the registration form link to your guests before their arrival.
Configure:
When the form should be sent.
Whether reminder messages should be sent until the guest completes the form.
A custom message template to personalize your communication.
Customize the message template
You can use your own message template and add variables to personalize each message automatically.
Available variables include information such as:
Guest name.
Property name.
Registration form link.
Track and download guest documents
Once guests complete the Fiche Police form, you can track the status of each document directly from the Documents tab.
From there, you can:
View all created Fiche Police documents.
Check the completion status of each form.
Open the document details to review the collected information.
Download completed forms when needed.
This allows you to easily monitor guest registrations and keep all required documents organized in one place.
Important notes
The Fiche Police form is sent automatically according to the timing you configure.
You can update your message template at any time based on your communication preferences.
