Welcome to Millenium Connect! Setting up your property profile is the first and most important step to getting started with our platform. A complete and accurate profile helps attract more guests and ensures smooth operations. Follow these simple steps to create and complete your property profile:

Step 1: Accessing Your Property Profile

  1. After logging into your Millenium Connect account, click on "Properties" in the main menu.

  2. Select "Add New Property" or choose an existing property to update.

Step 2: Entering Basic Information

  1. Property Name: Enter the official name of your property as you want it to appear to guests.

  2. Property Type: Choose the type of your property (e.g., hotel, guesthouse, villa, or apartment).

  3. Location: Enter the full address, including city, postal code, and country. Ensure the location is accurate to help guests find your property easily.

  4. Contact Information: Add the primary contact details, including phone number and email address.

Step 3: Adding Amenities

  1. Navigate to the "Amenities" section.

  2. Select the amenities your property offers from the available list (e.g., Wi-Fi, parking, pool, air conditioning).

  3. You can also add custom amenities that are not listed by selecting "Add Custom Amenity" and providing a description.

Step 4: Uploading Photos

  1. Go to the "Photos" section.

  2. Click on "Upload Photos" and choose high-quality images that showcase your property. Ensure to include:

    • Exterior views

    • Room interiors

    • Common areas (lobby, dining area, pool, etc.)

  3. Arrange the photos by dragging them to reorder. The first photo will be your main profile image.

Step 5: Setting Up Policies

  1. Navigate to the "Policies" section.

  2. Add your property’s check-in and check-out times.

  3. Specify cancellation policies, payment methods, and any special rules or restrictions.

Step 6: Reviewing and Publishing

  1. Once you have entered all the required information, review your profile to ensure accuracy.

  2. Click "Save" and then "Publish" to make your property profile live.

Tips for a Great Property Profile

  • Use clear, well-lit photos to create a strong first impression.

  • Provide detailed descriptions of your property and its amenities.

  • Keep your policies transparent to avoid guest confusion.

  • Regularly update your profile to reflect any changes in amenities, contact information, or policies.
